Night Rain Ventures is a boutique venture capital and private equity firm based in Calgary, Alberta aligned with a global portfolio. Co-founded by a husband and wife with a combined 40+ years of expertise in various sectors such as IT, industrial tech, retail and hospitality, aviation, and healthcare, the firm was started with the thesis of holding only a handful of active investments at any given time. This purposeful decision was made in order to afford Night Rain the ability to provide hands on support to the portfolio companies, as well as some outsourced services such as marketing, finance, all designed to assist portfolio companies through transitions in their entrepreneurial journeys.

Unlike traditional larger Venture Capital and Private Equity firms, Night Rain Ventures provides flexible and agile capital solutions alongside internal expertise, and does so in combination with a very quick decision making process.
